Saint Lucia's cuisine is steeped rich in English and French cultural  influences; as well as the influences of the original natives of our island; these have been fused into our heritage.

Modern Saint Lucian cooking is as multi-cultural and diverse as our nation has become.  We have a mix of many cultures beyond our traditional roots and therefore our food is now fused with a pepper pot of influences from our Caribbean neighbours and beyond.
