Almond Brittle

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup almonds
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

The Method

1.Heat sugar and syrup in a large pan until sugar liquefies.

2.Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

3.Pour onto baking sheet and allow it to cool.

4.After cooling, break into small pieces.
