Bouyon

Ingredients

​​

2 lbs salted pig tail or salted beef or salted riblets

1/2 lb red beans

1/2 cup cocnut milk

1 small onion chopped

3-4 cloves of garlic crushed

1 sprig of parley

1 sprig celery 

salt and pepper

dumplings

Method



1. Place meat in a pot and fill with water.



 


2. Boil for twenty minutes and throw out the water.



3. Add fresh water to the pot and return to the stove.



 

4. Add the red beans and chopped seasonings and boil until the red beans are soft. (The red beans can also be cooked separately in a pressure cooker to reduce cooking time)



5. Add dumplings, and the rest of the ingredients, cook for another 10 -15 minutes.
