Bread Pudding
Ingredients

6 slices stale bread
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup raisins
4 eggs
2 cups milk
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
​
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut bread into cubes or small square pieces and place into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and raisins.

2. Mix all ingredients together and break up the bread into smaller pieces.
​
3. Transfer mixture into a greased baking pan.
​
4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and the mixture has swollen slightly.

4. Allow to cool and serve.
