Breadfruit Flour

Ingredients


1 breadfruit


1. Peel and core the breadfruit.

​

2. Slice it and place on a board or tray and dry them in the sun, turning occasionally for 4 to 5 days. 


3. They may also  be dried in an oven at a low temperature.


4. When they are quite dry and crisp, pound them while they are still warm.

 

 

5. Sift through a muslin or cheesecloth.
