Breadfruit Chips (Fries)

Ingredients
1 Breadfruit
Oil for deep frying
Salt
Ketchup
Method
1. Wash and cut the breadfruit in four.
2. Remove the core and peel.
3. Cut into length wise strips.
4. Heat oil.
5. Fry for about two minutes or until slightly brown. (The breadfruit cooks pretty quickly so there is a need to monitor it to ensure that it does not get too brown or burn)​
6. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
7. Season with salt and drizzle with ketchup.

6. Serve immediately.
