Cheesy Yam

Ingredients
3 cups cooked mashed yam
¼ medium sized onion, chopped
1 tbsp margarine
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup milk
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and heat gently.
2. Serve hot with fried plantain and cucumber and tomato salad.
