Chicken Salad
 

Ingredients

​

​3/4 cup cooked chicken

 

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon or lime rind
1/4 cup skimmed milk
3 tablespoon grated cheese
salt and seasoning to taste
I tomato
lettuce
1 red onion

​

The Method

​

 

1. Place cheese, lemon rind and milk in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until well blended.

​

2. Add chicken and salt and seasonings to taste.

​

 

3. Remove from heat.

​

4. Chop tomatoes, lettuce and slice the red onion thinly, add salt to taste.

​

 

5. Serve the chicken alongside the salad.
