Conquintay Flour / Plantain Flour

Ingredients
Green plantains
1. Peel and slice the green plantains and the slices on a board or tray and dry them in the sun, turning occasionally for 4 to 5 days.
2. You may also dry them in an oven at a low temperature.
3. When they are quite dry and crisp, pound the while they are still warm.
4. Sift through a muslin or cheesecloth.
