Crystal Lime Mojito

The Ingredients

2 oz Crystal Lime
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Sugar Syrup
Soda Water

The Method

​

1. Crush the mint leaves into the bottom of the glass, add Crystal Lime, lime juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice.

​

2. Top up with soda water.
