Dumplings

Ingredients

​​

2 lbs flour 

2 tsp salt

water



​

​Method



1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.



 

2. Add water gradually and knead until a stiff dough is formed.



3. Shape the dough into balls of 1 1/2 inches in diameter.



 

4. Roll into balls or tubes.
