Egg Nog
 

Ingredients


1 egg
1 cup milk
¼ tsp vanilla essence
dash of cinnamon
Sugar or honey to taste
Brandy or rum



 

Method



1. Beat the egg and sugar together until light.


2. Bring the milk to boil, pour gently over the beaten egg or sugar.  If a cold, egg nog is desired allow the milk to cool before pouring it.


3. Add vanilla essence and brandy or rum to taste.
