Ingredients

 

1 gallon rum

Kalkun

Nutmeg

Anise leaves

Roots of white fat poke

Kannel

Bios  bandé

Wasin sip (root of)

Vanilla beans

Wasin kannel (root of)

Bois den

Anise seeds

Bay leaf

Male coconut tree roots

 

 

Method

 

1. Pour out some of the rum in the gallon bottle to accommodate the spices to be placed in it.

 

2. Add all the ingredients and allow to age for 2-3 weeks. The longer it ages, the better it tastes.

 

3. When the rum is almost used up, add more rum and more spices.

 

Note: As the name says, this drink was traditionally kept under the bar counter for special customers.  It is belief to be a aphrodisiac that is especially developed for males.
