​Farine and Avocado



6 ozs ripe Avocado

1/2 farine

a few drops of cooking oil

salt and pepper to taste


1. Cut the Avocado in half, peel the skin and remove the seed.


2. Mash the flesh and mix with the farine, salt, pepper and cooking oil thoroughly.

3. Shape the dough into balls of 1 1/2 inches in diameter.


4. Serve with smoked herring or stewed saltfish.
