Fish Broth

Ingredients

 

Fish

Green Banana

Garlic

Lime juice

Green banana

Green plantain

Carrots

Chives

Salt and pepper to taste

Tannia

Onion

Thyme

Tomatoes

Yam

Tomatoes

Oil

 

Method:

 

1. Clean and season fish with garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice and seasoning.

2. Peel vegetables and cut into bite size pieces.

3. Boil in enough water to cover.

4. When half cooked, add fish, oil, water to make desired broth and season to taste with salt and lime juice.

5. Cover with banana leaves then cover the pot.

6.Simmer until cooked.
