Fish Patties



Ingredients



1 ½ cup flaked cooked fish
1/1/2 cups mashed yam or potato
1 egg
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
½ tsp salt
pepper

sprig of parsley and celery (chopped)
olive oil or margarine



Method


1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.


2. Roll into balls then flatten each one.



3. Coat with flour and brown in frying pan in hot oil.
