Fried Macamboo
Ingredients
2 ripe macamboo
oil for frying
The Method
1. Peel the macamboo and slice them in thin horizontal slices.
2. Heat a frying pan and add the oil.
3. Gently place the sliced macamboo into the frying pan. Fry on medium heat on each side until the macamboo is golden brown.
4. Remove the fried macamboo from the pan and drain on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
