Fried Plantain
Ingredients
2 ripe plantains
oil for frying
The Method
1. Peel the plantain and slice them in thin horizontal slices.
2. Heat a frying pan and add the oil.
3. Gently place the sliced plantain into the frying pan. Fry on medium heat on each side until the plantain is golden brown.
4. Remove the fried plantain from the pan and drain on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
