​Green Seasoning
Ingredients

​​

 

​onion, finely chopped
fresh thyme leaves
parsley
celery
garlic
chives
shadon beni
seasoning pepper
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp cooking oil
bayleaf
ground ginger
1 tbsp vinegar
water

​Method

1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
​
2. Bottle and keep refrigerated.
​
3. Use as a marinade for your meats.
