Guava Mousse
Source: Recipe Book : A Taste of Lucian Cuisine
Ingredients
10 guavas, peeled and chopped
4 tbsp sifted powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream
4 egg whites
Method
1. Place the guavas and sugar in a food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Refrigerate for at least one (1) hour.
3. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form ( do not over beat)
4. Using clean beaters, beat egg whites until stiff.
5. Gently fold the puree into the ream and egg whites unit no white shows.
6. Place mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate until serving time.
