Herb Tea  (De té Fèy)

Ingredients

 

3 herb leaves

3 cups water

Sugar to taste

 

Method

 

1. Crush leaves with hands and add water.

 

2. Boil for 10-15 minutes.

 

3. Sweeten to taste

 

4. When ginger is used pound (crush)
