Kale and Ginger Juice

Ingredients

 

1 cucumber

1 lemon, peeled

1 small stalk celery or 1 1/2 cups

2 gala apples, chopped

1 inch of ginger root

10 kale leaves

1 small head of lettuce

 

Method

 

1. Wash all fruits and vegetables.

 

2. Peel and remove seeds from cucumbers.

 

3. Peel the lemon.

 

4. Chop the celery stalk.

 

5. Remove core and chop apples.

 

6. Remove skin from ginger root and chop.

 

7. Remove ribs from kale and chop.

 

8. Add all fruits and vegetables to the juicer.

 

Makes 2 cups of juice
