In our picture are greens produced and sold locally by Marquis River Farms. This farm also produces other vegetables, namely but not limited to cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce. We prepared this with cucumbers and it was delish!

​Arrow Root Flour ( Tolomah)
Tolomah has been used as a baby food for years by mothers. Traditionally, it has been available at our food market, but a recent find, its now available in a large quantity at our leading supermarkets. There is more that one brand available Alberti's being one of them.

​Cassava Farine. Farine de Manoic

Plas Kassav is the leading cassava producers on Island. They have a variety of flavors and each are great. At a recent shopping trip we discovered their nicely packaged and branded Farine.
Its available at our leading supermarkets. Give it and our farine recipes a try!

Check out this food find. Creole Jams. They come in an assortment of flavors namely Plantain, Banana, Ginger, Guava, Golden apple and Mango. The Plantain Jam sounds very interesting! Try them out!
