Mango Pudding

Ingredients

 

4 cups sliced mangoes

½ tsp. cinnamon

1 cup flour

¼ cup milk

½ cup melted butter

1 ½ cups sugar

¼ tsp. allspice

1 tsp. baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1 pint vanilla ice cream

 

Method

 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Add mangoes with ½ of the sugar, cinnamon, all spice in a glass baking dish.

3. Stir remaining sugar with milk, flour, soda, salt and butter.

4. Pour over mangoes.

5. Bake for 35 minutes.

6. Serve with ice cream.
