Pepper Wine
 

Ingredients



 

3 hot seasoning peppers
1 standard bottle dry sherry



Method



 

1. Place the peppers and the sherry in a large glass jar and allow to stand for two weeks. (Do not discard the sherry bottle).



2. Pour the peppered sherry back into the sherry bottle along with one pepper.

Tip: Use in stews and soups to give your meal a extra kick.

​
