​Pepper Sauce

​Ingredients

​

​

​1/4 of a small green pawpaw 

2 small onions 

1 red hot pepper

1 green hot pepper

1 quart vinegar

1 crushed garlic clove

​

The Method


1. Finely chop the pawpaw, onion,s and peppers.


2. Boil the vinegar and the crushed garlic.

​

3. Allow to cool and pour over the chopped ingredients.


4.
 Place in a container and use as desired.
