​Pineapple Jam

​Ingredients

​

​

​1 large pineapple

the juice of 1 lemon

sugar


​

​

The Method


1. Peel the pineapple, remove the core and eyes.  Chop the rest.

​

2. Measure the chopped pineapple and to each cup add 1/2 cup of sugar.

​

3. Place in your fridge and leave overnight.

​

4. The following day at the lemon juice and cook slowly for approximately two hours.

​

5. Place in sterile jars.
