Plantain Flour Porridge


Ingredients


½ pt water, or milk
1 oz plantain flour
½ tsp salt
sugar, to taste about 1 tbsp.



 

Method


1. Put the water or milk to boil.


2. Add a little cold water to the plantain flour and make a smooth paste.


3. Remove the water or milk from the heat and add the plantain flour paste, stirring well.


4. Add salt or sugar.


5. Return the pan to the heat and boil for another 2 minutes.


6. Serve hot.
