Roast Breadfruit- 1
(outdoor roasting)
Ingredients
2 Breadfruits
pieces of wood
stones
k-oil
The Method
1. Find a safe, debris free, open outdoor space and build a fire using stones, wood and k-oil.
2. Place the breadfruit directly unto the fire and allow to roast, turning it periodically.
3. It will be soft and black when it is done.
4. Slice the breadfruit. Cut out the core and discard it.
5. Peel the skin and slice into pieces.
6. Serve immediately.
