Roast Breadfruit- 2

Ingredients

​

1 Breadfruit

​

 

The Method

​

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

​

2. Poke the breadfruit with a skewer in and place the breadfruit into the oven directly onto the rack in the center of the oven.

​

3. Roast the breadfruit for 1 hour. It will be soft and brown when it is done.

​

4. Slice the breadfruit in four.  Cut out the core and discard it.

​

5. Peel the skin and slice into pieces.

​

6. Serve immediately.
