Rum Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cornflour
½ cup sugar
½ cup rum
1/ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. Lime juice

Method

1. Mix the cornflour, sugar, cinnamon and salt into a smooth paste with a little water.
2. Gradually add the rest of the water, the lime juice and the rum.
3. Pour into a pan and cook until the mixture thickens.
