Soursop Ice Cream



Ingredients


1 large ripe soursop
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/ ½ cups boiling water



Method



 

1. Wash and peel soursop.


2. Mash the pulp and pour the boiling water over it.


3. Let it stand until cool and then strain.


4. Squeeze well all the juice out.


5. Combine the juice and condensed milk.


6. Whip the evaporated milk and combine the two.


7. Freeze until set but not hard.


8. Turn out into a bowl and beat until smooth.


9. Return to the freezer until set.
