Steamed Fish

Ingredients

​

2 cutlets fish prepared 

1 lime

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 fresh tomato, peeled and chopped
1 garlic cloves, crushed
1 thyme spring

1 sprig parsley

1 sprig celery
salt to taste

dash of olive oil

​

 


The Method

​

​1. Add the​ salt and juice of the lime, to the fish turning to coat.

​

 

2. Set aside to marinate for at least 2 hours. 

​

3. Saute the remaining ingredients in the olive oil.

​

4. Add the fish along with its juices to the pot and steam until fish is cooked that is when the fish flakes when tried with a fork.

​

5. Serve warm.
