Ingredients
 
1 lb flour
3 tsp baking powder
3 oz butter
1 ½ oz lard
½ pint coconut milk
½ tsp salt
 
Method
 
1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
 
2. Add the butter and the lard and rub them in.
 
3. Add the coconut milk slowly to make a smooth dough.
 
4. Allow to rest for a while.
 
5. Shape into a ball and roll with a rolling pin to four inch thick.
 
6. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
